Her insights and contributions added immense value to the discourse, further fostering a culture of empowerment and personal growth.
The gathering brought together a diverse array of attendees, including employees’ spouses and women professionals, all united under the theme: ‘Empower yourself before you Empower others’.
Project Aprajita – Phase I was a transformative experience for women executives at IOCL Pipelines Division, Noida, held from September 27 to 29, 2023 by FCTD.
This 3-day program was dedicated to nurturing passion at the workplace, equipping participants with valuable insights.

On September 14th and 15th, 2023, FCTD organized a workshop in New Delhi titled ‘Unleashing the Power of Emotional Intelligence’ for executives from IOCL at SCOPE building.
This two-day workshop delved into the profound significance of emotional intelligence (EQ) in the context of career success, emphasizing why EQ matters more than IQ. Participants engaged in enriching sessions that included identifying their strengths and weaknesses, learning effective EQ strategies, and exploring ways to create emotionally intelligent workplaces.
The workshop provided a holistic understanding of EQ and equipped the executives with practical skills to apply in their professional journeys.
“Aprajita” the word means ‘the one who can not be destroyed’. In Project Aprajita, we have been trying to train women executives who would have such a pursuit. This outbound training was the third phase of project Aprajita.
To unleash this hidden potential FCTD conducted a training program which is the last phase of the program “Aprajita” on “Self Enhancement: Unleash talent and unlock potential” for women executives from IOCL at pipeline division, Noida from 9th to 12th Nov’22. The best part of this program was the location- it was conducted amidst the nature, on the laps of Himalayas in Rishikesh.
Day 2 on 10th Nov’22 started with a refreshing early morning walk in nature. Then, all pumped up, engaged in a variety of activities like ‘Mission possible’, ‘Sharks and the dead sea’, ‘ Wage the war of equals’, ‘Raise the tower of power’, ‘Kaun banega director?’, ‘Challenge the challenges’, ‘Take the twists n turns’ and ‘March to conquer’. These activities help them to understand the potential they have and how they can bring it out. There was an interesting session on ‘Finding your hobby’ which helps the executives to understand that they need to unwind and relax with hobbies as well.
A day with mind-boggling activities that helps you to look at your inner self and reflect on it.
FCTD conducted an insightful training program for women executives at IOCL, Pipelines division, Noida under the project Aprajita third phase in Rishikesh called ‘Self Enhancement-Unleash Talent Unlock Potential’. This was a 3-day outbound program which started on 9th Nov 2022.
Executives arrived in Rishikesh in the afternoon and the views here captivated their hearts.
This program begun with a wonderful experience sharing session. Here, everyone talked their hearts out, of what they think was holding them up and generally their professional journey. A lot of them could actually relate to each other knowing similar situations and setbacks have happened. Along with this, FCTD conducted a game called ‘Focus on the Locus’ where the executives had their eyes blindfolded and they had to test their focusing skills.
On day 1, we also divided the entire group into teams and they had to solve a 500- piece puzzle throughout the programme called the ‘Mission Possible’.
This day acted as a nice ice breaker where everyone can talk about their challenges as well. Being in a place like Rishikesh helped them to really unwind, relax and then attend the training programme with undivided attention.
Day 2 was more intense which required focus as well as impeccable communication and coordination amongst teams.
Day 3 was also based on activities that require you to unleash the hidden abilities and give your best.
Last day was a lighter day where participants talked about their journey and what they could learn. In this program, the executives connected on a deeper level- with a common aim to get to the peak of their professional lives.

A range of activities, including “Mission Possible,” “Sharks and the Dead Sea,” “Wage the War of Equals,” “Raise the Tower of Power,” “Kaun Banega Director?” “Challenge the Challenges,” “Take the Twists n Turns,” and “March to Conquer” were then performed by the enthusiastic group. These exercises aid in their understanding of their potential and how to maximise it. Finding your hobby was the topic of an engaging workshop that helped the executives realise the importance of finding interests to help them relax and unwind.
A day filled with mind-bending exercises that encourage reflection on and examination of the self.
Women are capable of achieving everything they wish for. Only the opportunity and a strong desire is required. Under the project Aprajita, we had 26 women executives to be able to break the barriers and reach the ultimate goal.
For women executives from IOCL in pipeline division, Noida, from November 9 2022 to November 12 2022, FCTD held a training workshop on “Self Enhancement: Unleash Talent and Unlock Potential,” the final step of the programme “Aprajita,” to help them realise their full potential. The location of this programme, in the midst of nature, on the slopes of the Himalayas in Rishikesh, was its best feature.
Women are changemakers. When it comes to homes, workplaces, and policies, women can drive and bring about revolutionary changes for the benefit of all. They are capable of achieving the best.
Understanding this, FCTD conducted a training programme on “Self Enhancement: Unlock talent Unleash potential” under the phase lll of project Aprajita for women executives of IOCL pipelines division, Noida. This outbound training programme was conducted in Rishikesh from the 9th to the 12th of Nov’22.
On 11th Nov, the day started with a short walk around in the beautiful roads of Rishikesh. A short session on “Journal Writing” was conducted, which made executives understand the importance of writing a journal and how sometimes it’s okay to not be okay. Then various activities like “Value the valuables”, “Dare the live wire”, “Be the strong link in the chain” and, “Mind the explosive mines” were conducted.
All of these activities have a significant impact on team management and self-reflection. These activities make them understand what they can accomplish. The day came to an end with a wholesome networking dinner.
The last day of training started with a revitalising walk in the nature. This was followed by “Kaleidoscope” session which was a thorough feedback session where the peers talked about each other. This seemed to give the participants a fair amount of understanding of their personalities and vulnerabilities.
Then, the results for the activities held were announced. An enticing activity “Toss the Yarn” was also conducted. Later, a session on “Reflections” was held, wherein participants shared their thoughts and things they have discovered about themselves. Post this a scrumptious lunch was served, after which the participants prepared to travel back to Noida.
Women executives are far ahead in capacity and abilities, this just needs to be brought out.
In order to bring out the best of them, FCTD conducted an outbound training in Rishikesh on “Self Enhancement: Unleash Talent and Unlock Potential” for the women executives of IOCL, pipelines division of Noida.
This training program was a 3-day program which concluded on the 12th of November’22.
Women are powerful changemakers, and diversity and gender parity in leadership and decision-making are recognised in more and more fields of endeavour.
The “Self Enhancement- Unlock Potential, Unleash Talent” outbound training session that FCTD ran in Rishikesh from November 9 to November 12 of this year was a great success. Women executives from IOCL’s Pipelines division in Noida had the opportunity to examine themselves and recognise their strengths. With this programme, we seek to enable them to push the boundaries of what is possible in their professional careers.
The executives were then divided into 4 teams for the planned activities.
The executives took part in teams in the first exercise, “Focus the Locus.” To overcome this obstacle, effective communication and unwavering focus were essential.
The dinner was also educational because it taught the CEOs how to network and how to behave at a table.
Our goal is to assemble a team of successful and gifted female executives who encourage and aid one another’s career advancement.

Later, a “Reflections” session was held, during which participants discussed their ideas and new self-awareness. After this, a delicious lunch was provided, and the participants got ready to leave for Noida.
Women leaders are paving ways towards establishing themselves in the industry and proving to be equally competent to their male counterparts. These women executives have potentials that even they are not even aware of. FCTD is conducting a 3-day outbound training programme on “Self Enhancement: Unleash talent and unlock the potential” from 9th to 12th November 2022 under the Project ‘Aprajita’ for women executives of IOCL in Rishikesh.
To be conducted in serene mountains of Rishikesh, by our experienced management trainers, Prof (Dr) SP Chauhan and Prof (Dr) Surabhi Goyal, this programme will entail activities around team building, public speaking and decision making; which are of utmost importance in a professional set up. These activities will be done in such a way where trainees will learn without having to go through big books and lectures.
Also, taking the advantage of the location, frequent walks will be conducted in the evening.

Even after having compelling evidence on the working of women executives, the proportion of key leadership positions still remains very low. This indicates the need for women executives to unleash their hidden talent and potential.
FCTD realised this and wanted to create a change in here and for the same reason planned out this training programme on “Self Enhancement: Unleash talent and unlock potential” in the midst of nature in Rishikesh from 9th to 12th November ’22 for women executives conducted under the third and final phase of project Aprajita for IOCL pipeline division of Noida.
The first day which was on 9th of November ’22 , was a half day session, hence a little lighter with sessions like “Unwind your mind” and some engaging activities like “Mission possible” and “Focus on the locus” which was followed by a team formation session.
Women have been breaking the glass ceiling when given a chance and once again they were ready to prove it in the project Aprajita. 26 Women executives of IOCl were taken out for outbound training to Rishikesh once again to unlock their potential.
FCTD knows and understands this. So, in order to make women understand their worth and bring out their best, we conducted a training on ‘Self Enhancement: Unleash Talent and Unlock Potential’, for women executives of IOCL, pipelines division of Noida, under phase lll of ‘Project Aprajita’ on 9th of Nov’22.
This program was conducted in the beautiful valleys of Rishikesh. Day 1 of the program focused on breaking the ice and making them comfortable with each other. For this, we started with experience sharing, wherein they talked about their professional journeys- the ups and downs of it.
Then we divided the executives in 4 teams for the activities we had lined up.
The first activity was ‘Focus the Locus’, in which the executives participated in teams. An undivided focus and efficient communication skills was the key to get through this challenge.
The dinner was insightful as well; as the executives learnt about networking and table etiquette.
We intend to create a group of accomplished and talented women executives who nurture and support each other’s professional growth.
At the regional, national, and international levels, women are gradually becoming more influential in business, administration, education, engineering, and other fields. Women are now determined to break the glass ceiling, that prevented them from rising to leadership positions, although having the necessary aptitude and talent to do so.
FCTD held a 3-day training programme on “Professional Excellence: Self Grooming and Building Trust” under the Project “Aprajita” for women executives of IOCL at Pipelines Division, Noida, from 18th to 20th October ’22.
This programme included sessions on leadership principles and strategies for leading people with engagement and motivation on Day 3.
This day consisted of training women executives with devising an action plan and presentation for better understanding. These sessions were followed by a self-assessment test and management activity.
FCTD strives to bring behavioral transformation amongst the executives through Self Development and Effective Team Building.

Day 2 of the session focused on understanding conflict dynamics and negotiation skills for a win-win situation.
Conflicts happen in every workplace, and conflict in the workplace is inevitable.
An insightful workshop on constructive & destructive conflict and conflict resolution strategies was held as part of conflict management. These sessions included management activity and self-assessment for the same.

FCTD conducted a 3-day training programme on “Professional Excellence: Self Grooming and Building Trust” under the Project “Aprajita” for women executives of IOCL at Pipelines Division, Noida, from 18th October to 20th October ‘22.
The training included personal growth at the workplace. This was followed by a management activity and self-assessment of the same.
Day 1 was an insightful programme, and several topics were discussed, including building self-confidence and personality profiling. The sessions also discussed various effective strategies to manage time for higher effectiveness.

Women are thought leaders, multi-taskers, and worthy change makers. The last few decades have seen women ace almost every industry there is with their utmost grit and determination. We at FCTD aim to bring out the best in women executives with our training programs.
FCTD conducted a three-phased program for the women executives at Indian Oil Corporation Limited, Pipelines division, Noida. These were a bunch of enthusiastic women who were willing to give their careers and personal lives as well, a rocket launch.
Phase 1: It was a 3-day programme started on 14th September ‘22 and was focused on “Personal Excellence: Developing Passion at workplace”. This program helped the women to find the voice and develop their careers.
Phase 2: It was a 3-day training programme on “Professional Excellence: Self Grooming and Building Trust” from 18th October ‘22 to 20th October ‘22. Achieving personal growth and overall personality development through effective strategies was the focus of the programme.
Phase 3: An outbound programme conducted in the mesmerising Himalayan laps – Rishikesh, was the highlight of the ‘Project Aprajita’. It was a 3-day programme from 9th of November – “Self Enhancement: Unleash Talent and Unlock Potential”. This programme was launched to encourage women executives to step up their game and give the best shot in their professional lives. Building up confidence, inter-personal relationships, and working in teams.
Project Aprajita was a great success as the participants seemed to connect, grow and learn in the process. Upwards and onwards.
Work stress is unavoidable even if you love what you do, and understanding and successfully handling it becomes vital.
FCTD conducted a training programme on “Stress Management: Work Hard, Live Smart” for the executives of IOCL at Panipat Refinery and Petrochemical Complex, Panipat, on 10 – 11 October 2022.
The Day 2 of training included measuring emotional intelligence and an insightful session on “Manage workplace stress and Developing 360-degree relationships at the workplace”.
This was followed by an action plan and a self-assessment on the same.
