It is of great delight to us that our 2-Day MDP on ‘From Conflict to Collaboration’ concluded successfully on 25th May March ‘22 at Hotel Le Meridien, New Delhi.
The program aims at developing adequate emotional intelligence, growing one’s interpersonal skills, and managing critical conversation in complex team dynamics. It aspires to go in full swing under the mentorship of experienced management trainers and the co-founders of FCTD, Prof(Dr) S.P. Chauhan and Prof(Dr) Surabhi Goyal.
This event was marked by active participation from the biggest PSUs in the country such as ONGC Videsh, POSOCO, IOCL, NTPC, IRFC, and LIC.
Day-1 of the two-day event delved into developing a solution-centric approach to conflicts, managing interpersonal conflicts with the help of self-regulation, the play of emotional intelligence in a workspace as well as management games.
Day-2 of the program focused on developing positive relationships in workspaces, Case Discussion & Presentation on ‘People are the problem, people are the solution’ and collaborative team dynamics, among other things.
