Exactly, it is extremely normal for a conflict to arise in the workplace. Conflict is what leads to bettering negotiation skills and coming up with innovative solutions. If dealt with conflict properly, it can have a positive impact on the workplace. There are a lot of aspects of conflict resolution and negotiations, and that is what we aim to cover in our 3-day program, “Conflict Management and Negotiations skills”.
