The interaction with senior leaders of IRCTC was very heartening and enlightening . They all participated in the case study discussion with full vigour and intelligence coming out with practical solutions. It is pleasure to see officers switching from working mode to learning mode so well. Happy to be their trainers for two days.

A two-day training program was conducted on 12th and 13th January 2022 by FCTD on Post Crisis Revival Strategies for Business Leaders at Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC).

This training program was conducted to mainly put a spotlight on strategies to build a more adaptable environment by understanding the VUCA world. Along with this, topics like managing workforce with structural changes in the new normal, working collaboratively in the virtual workplace, developing emotional intelligence and empathetic leadership and also, the best practices for employee engagement in remote working environments were also highlighted.
