Our recent two-day program at ISTM on Leadership Excellence for Higher Performance (7/9 Feb 2024) was a dynamic experience for government officials gearing up for their next career level.

FCTD recently organized two highly impactful training programs on ‘Conflict Management and Negotiation Skills’ at the esteemed Institute of Secretariat Training & Management (ISTM) in New Delhi. Under the expert mentorship of our experienced management trainers, Prof (Dr) SP Chauhan and Prof (Dr) Surabhi Goyal, these programs, held on 30th June and 3rd July 2023, received an incredible response from participants eager to enhance their conflict resolution abilities.
